Level 10 Named One of the 2021 Best Places to Work in Illinois

HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill., April 26, 2021 – Level 10, LLC, an employee-owned leading retail IT service provider, was recently named as one of the 2021Best Places to Work in Illinois. This statewide survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Illinois, benefiting the state's economy, workforce and businesses.
The 2021Best Places to Work in Illinoislist is made up of 35 companies in the small employer category (15-99 U.S. employees), 22 companies in the medium employer category (100-499 U.S. employees), and 12 companies in the large employer category (500 or more U.S. employees). Level 10 has been named one of theBest Places to Work in Illinoisin the medium category.
Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine theBest Places to Work in Illinois. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process in Illinois, analyzed the data and used their expertise to determine the final rankings.

Level 10 will be recognized and honored at the Best Places to Work in Illinois awards virtual ceremony coordinated by The Daily Herald Business Ledger on Thursday, May 13. The final rankings will be announced at the event, posted on the Business Ledger website (www.dhbusinessledger.com), and published in a special commemorative section on June 21. An unranked list of all honorees was announced in the April 26 issue of the Business Ledger.
With increasing IT challenges, Level 10 recognizes that merchants need less partners to do more. By strategically bundling services – like hardware procurement, key injection, staging & integration, maintenance, field services and service desk – Level 10 acts as an extension of retailers’ IT teams through technology deployments, store openings/closings/remodels and instore support work.
