HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill., April 9, 2025 – Level 10, LLC, a leading employee-owned retail IT service provider, was recently named one of the 2025 Best Workplaces in Illinois by Illinois SHRM and Best Companies Group.
This statewide survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in Illinois, benefiting the state's economy, workforce, and businesses.
Companies from across Illinois entered the survey process to determine the Best Workplaces in Illinois. The evaluation was based on an employee engagement and satisfaction survey which measured the employee experience. The employee survey scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data, and used their expertise to determine the final ranking.
To be considered for participation, companies had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements:
“We are very proud to be listed among the Best Workplaces in Illinois once again,” said John Pruban, President of Level 10. “As an employee-owned business, we are grateful to see our survey results consistently reflect our commitment to outstanding employee-owner benefits, collaborative and supportive company culture, and ongoing investment in diversity, equity, and inclusion.”
Level 10 was recognized and honored during a presentation at the 2025 Illinois SHRM State Conference on April 1. The final rankings are also posted on the Illinois SHRM and Best Companies Group websites: https://ilshrm.org and https://bestcompaniesgroup.com/best-workplaces-in-illinois/.

With increasing IT challenges, Level 10 recognizes that merchants need less partners to do more. By strategically bundling services – like hardware procurement, key injection, staging & integration, maintenance, field services and service desk – Level 10 acts as an extension of retailers’ IT teams through technology deployments, store openings/closings/remodels and instore support work.
