FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill., May 10, 2021 – Level 10, LLC, an employee-owned leading retail IT service provider, has been recognized as the ESOP Company of the Year by the Illinois Chapter of The ESOP Association (TEA) for the second year in a row.
The ESOP Company of the Year award recognizes an ESOP company that demonstrates strong commitment to employee ownership through its involvement with TEA, clear communication with employee-owners, and commitment to endorsing employee-owner participation, wealth creation, and individual dignity and worth.
Level 10’s enhanced benefits package and commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) contributed to the company’s award win. In addition, the company’s employee-owner-centric COVID-19 response, business continuity planning, community philanthropic endeavors and commitment to improving engagement for remote employee-owners embodied the mission of TEA.
“We are honored to be recognized as the ESOP Company of the Year by the Illinois Chapter of TEA for the second time,” said John Pruban, President of Level 10. “Winning this award twice since establishing our employee stock ownership plan in 2016 emphasizes our dedication to the success and engagement of our employee-owners.”
Level 10 will now go on to represent the Illinois Chapter in the national award competition for National ESOP Company of the Year, which will be announced at The ESOP Association’s National Conference in June 2021.
With increasing IT challenges, Level 10 recognizes that merchants need less partners to do more. By strategically bundling services – like hardware procurement, key injection, staging & integration, maintenance, field services and service desk – Level 10 acts as an extension of retailers’ IT teams through technology deployments, store openings/closings/remodels and instore support work.
